- Ensure Compliance at all levels with all Income Tax, Sales Tax & Customs Jurisdictions
- Managing audits and several other litigations of Income Tax, Sales Tax (federal & provincial) & Customs
- Attainment of Exemption Certificates for Sales Tax & Income (Local Supplies, Imports)
- Attainment of Duty & Tax Remission for Exports (DTRE) and subsequent audits
- Representation to FBR, various LTUs, RTOs
- Representation to Customs Collectorates at Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta & Islamabad for valuation of duties
- Representation to External Advisers and External Auditors
- Representation to Business Organizations, Chambers of Commerce, Board of Investment, Ministry of Engineering
- Management of Refunds
